Return/Refund Policy

You may return your product within a 30 day period after receipt of your product for a complete refund (less shipping expenses) or a replacement item (see handmade variation policy below). This return policy does not apply to damaged products resulting from accident or misuse or lack of adequate care.

Handmade Variation Policy

Many items in the Setting Traditions product line are either hand made, hand finished or made from natural materials. Color and size of Setting Traditions products may vary and are not considered defects. The handmade quality and creativity of Setting Traditions products are what set us apart from many mass produced products. Color, size and imperfection variations are not considered flaws, but rather the uniqueness of each piece. Hand molded clay, hand painted designs, hand blown glass, hand twisted iron and hand applied finishes may vary from one product to another and are not considered defects. Products that have a disclaimer in the catalog/website due to natural processes will not be returned because of these natural defects (this includes small cracks in some natural wood products and small bubbles/dips/irregularities in hand blown glass products). Please note this before you purchase any hand finished items. Many iron and wood products may deteriorate if left exposed to the elements. It is highly recommended that products used outdoors be brought indoors and wiped down with a dry cloth after each use.

Delivery Method

Setting Traditions items are shipped from our warehouse in Jackson, MS and shipping will incur within 7-10 business days from order date. If the item you ordered is on backorder you will receive an email detailing estimated delivery date. Orders are shipped via Fedex Ground and will be delivered to your door, no signature required (unless you specify in your order). Please, no P.O. Boxes for shipping delivery.
